By accessing or using the FLYANGT website, hub, and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Crown Aero Group Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform provides information about the ANG-01 aircraft, configuration tools, fractional-ownership concepts, and the ANGT token ecosystem. Certain aircraft, fleet, facilities, and figures shown may represent concepts, renderings, or estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of current availability, performance, or delivery.
4. No Financial or Investment Advice
Information on the Platform is provided for general purposes only and is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any token, security, or asset. Digital assets and fractional-ownership arrangements carry significant risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount committed. You should conduct your own research and seek independent professional advice.
5. Tokens and Digital Assets
The ANGT token and any related smart contracts are provided on an “as is” basis. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and credentials. We are not liable for losses arising from user error, third-party services, network conditions, or market volatility.
6. Accounts and Wallets
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and wallet credentials and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Crown Aero Group Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
